What makes your company different from your competitors?
We are committed to helping our customers succeed by providing comprehensive, on-time, and cost-effective rail storage, switching, and transloading services. We bid aggressively and are hungry to win your business.
 
What are you seeing in the market? When do you see markets coming back?
We are seeing a steady increase in demand for railcar storage, rail-served industrial sites, and transload locations. We believe the need for rail terminals such as ours is strong and ever-growing.
 
Are there any new projects or developments that your company is working on now?
We are currently constructing 365 new railcar storage spots which will be complete in Q2 2023.
 
What is your company currently doing in your area of expertise?
County Line Rail seeks to develop properties into full-service SIT (“Storage In Transit”) yards, transload yards, and rail-served industrial sites. Our strategies include ground-up development, reactivation of sites with existing rail infrastructure, and purchase of yards with existing cash flow in areas with pent-up demand for rail storage along the Gulf Coast.
 
Is there something you would like to share with our members that people may not know about your company?
We are one of the few groups in the region offering rail-served land for sale. We are looking for strategic partners who are interested in long-term sale or lease and will bring more rail activity into the site. Our switching is operated by Brent Hall, with Hall Rail Logistics. We are a fast, flexible group that can move quickly to meet the needs of our customers.
