The New Hope Railroad proudly operates an aggregate transload facility at our newly refurbished Stone Chute in Rushland, PA.
This strategic location enables us to efficiently transfer materials from local quarries, directly loading them from dump trucks into railcars.
Our primary handling material is aggregates, which are loaded into open-top hoppers; we also have the capability to load products into gondolas.
Additionally, our facility can accommodate other bulk commodities, such as dirt and sand.
If your business requires aggregates or other dry bulk commodities from the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York region, the New Hope Railroad is here to support your needs.
Our facility has the capacity to load up to 20 railcars per day, depending on the availability of trucking supply.
